Here’s how it works:
Steps:
1.) After signing up, we start with a 1 on 1 video call to determine your specific needs, training schedule, and goals. You will receive your first week of programming within a week of signing up!
2.) You’ll be training 4-6 days per week and doing programming written by David with all your unique needs and goals taken into account.
3.) This service includes unlimited access to David via text where you’ll submit daily videos as well as your scores/times/weights for review and accountability.
Note: This coaching and programming does NOT include nutrition coaching. You are strongly encouraged to work with a nutrition coach. (I have several referrals available who are great at what they do!)
